Red River raging

Summary: Finn's parents have left him for a year with grandmother and great-grandfather, who live on a farm in Manitoba. He is having trouble coping with the kids at school and his anger at his parents. The Red River becomes his place of peace until April 1997 when the river experiences the worst flooding since 1826. As the waters rise, the villagers builds a dike in an attempt to save the community.
